The State of Wyoming is required to file three types of reports related to ARP funding: (1) an interim report, which will provide an initial overview of status and uses of funding (this is a one-time report); (2) project and expenditure reports, which provide information on projects funded, expenditures, and contracts and subawards over $50,000, and other information; and (3) a recovery plan performance report, which will provide information on the projects that large recipients are undertaking with program funding and how they plan to ensure program outcomes are achieved in an effective, efficient, and equitable manner. This report will include key performance indicators identified by the recipient and some mandatory indicators identified by U.S. Treasury.
The interim report is due to the U.S. Treasury on August 31st and will be posted in September.
Project and expenditure reports are due October 31st 2021 and then 30 days after the end of each quarter. The first project and expenditure report will be posted in November.
The recovery plan performance report is due August 31st and annual thereafter by July 31st of each year. The first recovery plan performance report will be posted in September.
