WyOpen is Wyoming's online checkbook and was created so anyone could have easy access to State of Wyoming expenditures. WyOpen is maintained by the Wyoming State Auditor's Office. This site includes payments made by the State of Wyoming through the Wyoming Online Financial System (WOLFS) to vendors for the purchase of goods and services. WyOpen expenditure data is updated quarterly. This site provides the capability to query Wyoming payment data by agency, vendor name, vendor location and date of expenditure.
