ARP ACT EXPENDITURES
On March 11, 2021, Congress passed the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARP) and through this federal legislation, the State of Wyoming will receive $1.2 billion. In April 2021, the Wyoming legislature enacted legislation related to these anticipated funds. This webpage displays expenditure information specific to the $1.2 billion. Please note, the information contained on this page does NOT include other ARP relief grants or expenditures, outside the $1.2 billion appropriation.
